Coaching vs Therapy I am not a therapist, nor do I play one on TV

You are creative, resourceful, and whole—yes, even on Mondays.
And don’t worry: we’re not going to relive that legendary moment at band camp. Some stories are best left to the imagination (and firmly un-googled).
A coach’s job is simple: to walk beside you, gently shining a flashlight on what’s working and what’s waiting for a little more love and attention.
Coaches don’t tell you what to do—because you’re the expert in your life story (plot twists and all). Think of us like your treasure hunters, helping you dig up the gems that were always inside. You are creative, resourceful, and whole—yes, even on Mondays.
Coaching is many things—helpful, healing, and all about supporting you in building the life that feels right; for you. In a session, we’ll look at what’s worked for you before when chasing your goals.
But don’t expect us to get Freudian here; we won’t be unpacking the whole id-versus-ego drama or the mysterious reasons you might’ve danced naked in the street wearing Jello (therapy handles the weird stuff, and yes, they have comfy couches).
We’ll help you find your shiny, true self buried beneath all that “adulting” clutter—the unicorn you thought was gone but was just napping. Spoiler: it’s still there, glittering and waiting for a comeback.
Now, coaching isn’t a catch-all. If life’s challenges feel like a thunderstorm you can’t step out of yet, a therapist is your best umbrella. They’re pros at helping with the heavy stuff, and asking for help is one of the bravest things you can do.
But when you’re ready—after you’ve found a life raft and caught your breath—coaching can help you find your oars and start paddling toward that good life you deserve. Because let’s face it, swimming through the chaos is exhausting; sometimes you just need a boat and a person to help you point your boat in the direction that is best for you.
As a bonus, I have had specialized training for neuro-diverse individuals and can customize to your needs.
